Gaia Kile, FNP
Kile has 17 years of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He received his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan.
Philosophy: His clinical practice is focused on Functional Medicine. This is an approach that is patient centered, that seeks to find the root causes of individuals’ unique health problems. Functional Medicine address those causes through a integrative set of methods grounded in science and embracing the dynamics of the whole.
Expertise: Gaia offers expertise in allergy desensitization, gastrointestinal health, detoxification, hormone and endocrine balancing, stress management, overcoming fatigue, lifestyle medicine, and the reversal of chronic disease.
Background: Gaia’s interests in holistic medicine led him to study a wide array of healing modalities. Early in his career he researched alternative medicine at the University of Michigan including work on energy healing and a study of the Traditional Chinese practice of Qigong. He holds a certificate of Advanced Professional Training from the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. He has also worked in community medicine and has taught community-based wellness groups.
